Important Documents and Forms
The following is a listing of critical documents and forms with which all students, faculty, and staff must be familiar. Updates to these documents are posted here as needed and upon approval, so it is a good practice to check back periodically for changes.
- The American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) is the primary professional society for medical physicists. Its website contains general information about the field, as well as specific information regarding medical physics education, research, and employment.
- The VCU Medical Physics wiki contains information and updates regarding the program. This is an internal resource and is only accessible to those with a valid VCU eID.
- The Medical Physics Residency Application Program offers insights and information regarding residency training programs.
- VCU is a participant in the Red de Intercambio Académico Virtual Estudiantil (IAVE) -- International Academic Virtual Exchange Network -- to encourage international exchange of information between medical physics students and professionals. The IAVE facebook page showcases posts of interest and network events.
